Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:

  1. Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  2. Non-delivered items after 2 days of payment confirmation
  3. Wrong items dispatched from our end

Return Process

For Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

  • Document the issue immediately upon receiving the product
  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery
  • Our technical team will verify the DOA status
  • Once confirmed, a full refund will be processed

For Non-Delivered Items

  • After 2 days of confirmed payment without delivery
  • Contact our customer service team with your order number
  • We will track your order and process a refund if the item cannot be located

For Wrong Items

  • If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
  • Keep the product in its original packaging
  • Return the item to our physical location at: Watersys Annex 2nd Floor Tubman Lane Nairobi

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time: same-day

Important Notes

  • All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Keep your receipt/proof of purchase
  • Transportation costs for returns due to wrong dispatch will be covered by Fusion
